Everything in one program

  • One-on-one math tutoring
  • Kindergarten through calculus
  • Mechanical 3D modeling
  • 3D printing instruction
  • Custom manipulative design
  • In-person & online sessions

📅 How Sessions Work

  • Two 1-hour sessions per week
  • Students keep every manipulative they make
  • Online students get tools mailed directly to them
  • Each lesson tailored to the child's current level
  • We only advance when topics are fully mastered
  • No homework packets — just hands-on problem solving

From concept to creation

01

Assess the Student

We start by understanding exactly where your child is — no assumptions, no guessing. Every plan is built from scratch.

02

Teach the Concept

We introduce math concepts through conversation, exploration, and real-world context — not drills.

03

Design a Tool

The student designs a 3D object that physically represents or demonstrates the math concept they're learning.

04

Print & Explore

We print the model and use it to reinforce learning. Hold it, measure it, explain it — the concept becomes real.

05

Master It

Only once full mastery is confirmed do we move on. No student is left with gaps in their foundation.

Math tools built by the student, for the student

Traditional manipulatives are generic. A bear counter means the same thing to every kid. But a triangle model that your child designed and printed themselves? That's a different story entirely.

When a student builds a 3D triangle and holds it in their hand, they physically feel why the interior angles sum to 180 degrees. They see how the sides relate to each other. No amount of worksheet repetition can recreate that moment of understanding.

Example Lesson

Triangle Angle Sum — 180°

Students design a custom triangle in CAD software, then 3D print it. Using the physical model, they measure each angle, add them together, and discover that it always equals 180° — no matter what kind of triangle they made. The rule isn't told to them. They find it themselves.

Where learning meets innovation — when your child has tools to create and explore, young minds become true makers.

This is the Maker Math promise. Every session, every print, every breakthrough.
